Pepelnicom &#8211; taj dan za kr\u0161\u0107ane je obvezan post i nemrs. U ovoj dijeti dan kad je post i nemrs ozna\u010davamo kao kru\u0161ni dan. Taj dan dijete jede se samo kruh (jednostavna verzija, bez mlijeka i jaja, mo\u017ee biti od bilo kojeg bra\u0161na, sa sjemenkama, ali bez slatkih punjenja) i piju teku\u0107ine (\u010daj bez \u0161e\u0107era) bez kalorija, kava bez mlijeka i \u0161e\u0107era.
