Zaklju\u010dci su bili da je uzimanje ehinacee smanjilo \u0161anse za prehladu 58%, te da je kod onih kod kojih se razvila prehlada skratila trajanje za 1,4 dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jo\u0161 neka istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da ehinacea mo\u017ee djelovati preventivno kako bi se smanjile mogu\u0107nosti prehlade, ali i da skra\u0107uje trajanje prehlade. No, bilo je i onih istra\u017eivanja koja nisu imale takav zaklju\u010dak, odnosno gdje kori\u0161tenje ehinacee nije dalo o\u010dekivane rezultate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nuspojave \u010daja od ehinacee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op\u0107enito su nuspojave i kontraindikacije \u010daja od ehinacee rijetke. Mogu\u0107e su alergijske reakcije kod osoba koje su sklone alergijama, ali su i tom slu\u010daju relativno rijetke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ehinacea mo\u017ee djelovati na usporavanje razgradnje kofeina u organizmu, te se mo\u017ee dobiti osje\u0107aj da kofein ja\u010de ili du\u017ee djeluje kada se konzumira i ehinacea.
