Ova dijeta je slatka, ukusna, ali ipak nije je se lako pridr\u017eavati. No ukoliko volite med i ustrajni ste, ovo je dijeta koju vrijedi probati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za ovu dijetu sve \u0161to vam treba je med i voda. Mo\u017eete u\u017eivati u jabukama razli\u010ditog tipa i okusa, \u0161to daje raznolikost ovoj dijeti. Ipak jedete samo jabuke i ni\u0161ta vi\u0161e. Naravno, morate unositi i teku\u0107inu, pa uz jabuke pijete i vodu. Dozvoljeno je piti i biljni \u010daj, te nezasla\u0111enu crnu kavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trodnevna dijeta s jabukama ne\u0107e vam dati sve vitamine koji su vam potrebni tijekom dana, ali \u0107e vam dati vi\u0161e nutrijenata nego \u0161to daju op\u0107enito brze i restriktivne dijete.
