Tako kada ka\u017eemo kako ugljikohidrati imaju 4 kalorije po gramu, zapravo mislima 4 kilokalorije po gramu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko kalorija tijelu treba?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Koliko dnevno trebate unijeti kalorija ovisit \u0107e o veli\u010dini va\u0161eg tijela i o razini dnevne aktivnosti. Krupnije osobe trebaju vi\u0161e kalorija od mr\u0161avijih osoba za odr\u017eavanje odre\u0111enje tjelesne mase, ali postoje neki osnovni izra\u010duni, prema kojima se mo\u017ee zaklju\u010diti koliko prosje\u010dnoj osobi treba kalorija uz prosje\u010dnu razinu aktivnosti. Ukoliko ste te\u017ei i kre\u0107ete se vi\u0161e trebat \u0107e vam ne\u0161to vi\u0161e od toga, a ukoliko imate sjeda\u010dki na\u010din \u017eivota trebat \u0107e vam manje kalorija nego prosje\u010dnoj osobi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za \u017eenu prosje\u010dne te\u017eine i prosje\u010dne aktivnosti dnevna potro\u0161nja kalorija je oko 2000 do 2500 kcal.<br>Za mu\u0161karca prosje\u010dne te\u017eine i prosje\u010dne aktivnosti dnevna potro\u0161nja kalorija je 2500 do 3000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prosje\u010dna aktivnost podrazumijeva osobu koja vje\u017eba tri puta tjedno. Npr. ukoliko dnevno tro\u0161ite 2500 kalorija. Smanjite li unos za 500 kalorija dnevno, trebat \u0107e vam 14 dana da smr\u0161avite 1 kilogram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u017eno je napomenuti da nikad ne biste trebali smanjivati unos kalorija ispod 1500 jer tada usporavate metabolizam, pa \u0107e vam trebati du\u017ee vremena da smr\u0161avite, a mogli biste se \u010dak i po\u010deti debljati, jer \u0107e organizam raditi na rezervnom modu i smanjiti potro\u0161nju kalorija na minimum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kalorije u hrani<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Svaka namirnica je sa\u010dinjena od masno\u0107a, ugljikohidrata ili proteina, ili kombinacija ovo troje.<br>Masno\u0107e imaju 9 kalorija po gramu,<br>Proteini imaju 4 kalorije po gramu i<br>Ugljikohidrati imaju 4 kalorije po gramu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Budu\u0107i da je ve\u0107ina namirnica kombinacija ovo troje morat \u0107ete ili \u010ditati etikete ili procijeniti sastav. Primjerice znate da u majonezi ili margarinu ima najvi\u0161e masno\u0107a, ali ima i drugih sastojaka, pa zaokru\u017eite na 7. \u010cokolada ima najvi\u0161e ugljikohidrata, ali ima ne\u0161to i masno\u0107a, pa zaokru\u017eite na 5 ili 6, ovisno o kojoj se \u010dokoladi radi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voda nema kalorija, pa \u0161to je u nekoj namirnici vi\u0161e vode, to je manja kalori\u010dnost.
